Delivery Terms

Deliveries:

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will be processed between Monday – Saturday (9AM – 6PM), excluding any mercantile & public holidays. Orders received on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is both reliable and cost effective.

• Colombo / Suburbs: 2 – 3 Days
• Out of Colombo: 3 – 5 Days

Store pick-up:

Customers preferring to collect orders directly can choose the store pick-up option at the checkout.
Notifications for order collection will be sent via E-mail/SMS, and orders can be collected within 7
working days at #107, Kirula Road, Narahenpita, Colombo 5, from Monday to Saturday (9 AM –
8.30 PM / Sunday 9.30 AM -6 PM).

 Unattended store pick-up orders after 7 working days will be canceled, with customers notified via
SMS/E-mail.
